Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available in all service areas except Asia and certain remote regions

International Shipping

We ship globally except to Asia and certain remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Return Cost: Customer responsible for return shipping (except for defective/incorrect items)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless items arrive defective or incorrect.

2. Receive Return Authorization
